The Gateway Enterprises' Governmental Remittance Control system offers fast, accurate transaction processing at the cash register. Distribution to the proper account and revenue center flows automatically from each cash register transaction without further processing.

The Governmental Remittance Control software enables a trained operator to complete a transaction based upon selected criteria within 1 to 2 minutes, producing a receipt, validating documents, endorsing checks and making change quickly and accurately.

 

There is virtually complete freedom to configure the system according to the user's unique requirements for register operation, security protection, cashier identification, and transaction accounting information.

 

From the Reports Menu, the operator or supervisor can produce a variety of reports, including cashier, quick code, balancing and types of tender offered.
